Return Policy
1. What are the conditions for returns or exchanges?
- Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any product returned that is used and/or not in the original packaging will be rejected and not sent back

Step 2: If your request is confirmed and approved, you can ship the parcel back to us through your local post office.

3. Who covers the return shipping fees for refunds?
The customer covers the return shipping fee.
4. When will you get the refund?
Upon receiving the return and verifying that the item meets our return policy requirements, we will process the refund within two days. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank. Refunds are typically reflected in your account within 24 hours.
5. When will you get the exchange item?
We will ship the replacement item within two days of receiving your returned product.

The buyer is obligated to provide the correct address. If the package cannot be delivered or is discarded by the post office due to the buyer providing an incorrect address, we cannot request a refund.
