Return and Refund Policy

  1. To be eligible for a return:
  2. Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any product returned that is used and/or not in the original packaging will be rejected and not sent back

2.1 If it meets the four points of return and refund, please contact info@urgarment.com within 24 hours after you get the parcel and provide us with pictures or other proof to support your claim.

 

2.2  If your request is confirmed and approved, you can ship the parcel back to us through your local post office and send the tracking number to info@urgarment.com .

  2. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  3. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. When will you get the refund?

When we receive the returned package, we will re-check the contents. If the requirements are met, we will refund 2 days after the package is delivered.

The buyer is obligated to provide the correct address. If the package cannot be delivered or is discarded by the post office due to the buyer providing an incorrect address, we cannot request a refund. But we will do our best to achieve the redelivery of the package once it is returned to the warehouse.
