Delivery Cost

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you check out. It is calculated based on product weight, package size, your location and the shipping method you choose

Please note: Additional delivery fees will be charged for remote locations. If the shipping company verifies that your order delivery address is in a remote location, an additional delivery fee will be charged. We will contact you within 48 hours after your place order to charge an additional delivery fee. If we do not get your response, we reserve the right not to ship or cancel your order.

Delivery time

Delivery time = processing time+ shipping time

Processing time is about 1-3 business days.

Please note: We will process your order as quickly as possible, while during the peak season, a 1-2 business day extension is acceptable.

Shipping time:

Free shipping is 10-15 Days

Standard shipping is 8-12 Days

Express shipping is 3-5 Days

Please note:

The delivery delay caused by the overloading operation of the shipping company, customs inspection, natural disasters and other irresistible external factors is acceptable.
An extension delivery time for remote areas is acceptable

No shipping information within processing time

We ship the orders according to the order time. If there is no transportation information within the processing time, please wait patiently for a few days.

No shipping information exceed processing time

For some reasons, the shipping company may be overloaded and the transportation information may not be updated in time. In this case, even if we have already shipped your order, you may still cannot check the logistics information.

Under this situation, you can wait patiently for 1-2 days or contact us via howie@urgarment.com We can contact the shipping company to consult the latest logistics information. However, we do not guarantee that we will get an answer.
